- A candidate seeking admission in the college shall have passed qualifying examination under the relevant statutes of Board/University to such class, viz:
- Hr. Sec. Part II Exam. for B.A/B.Sc./B.Com/B.B.A. 1st year
- B.A/B.Sc./B.Com/B.B.A. 1st year for B.A/B.Sc./B.Com/B.B.A. 2nd year
- B.A/B.Sc./B.Com/B.B.A. 2nd year for B.A/B.Sc./B.Com/B.B.A. 3rd year
(For B.B.A. course 1st year the candidates have to appear in the Entrance Test.)
- A candidate seeking admission in the college has to submit with his admission form the following certificates:
For B.A./B.Sc./B.Com/B.B.A_1st year - Provisional Certificate issued by the principal Hr. Sec. Institution last attended.
- Character Certificate issued by the principal Hr. Sec. Institution last attended.
- Date of birth Certificate issued by the chairman State Board of School Education or Secretary Central Board of School Education
- Migration Certificate issued by the authority concerned in case the student has passed his Hr. Sec. Part- II examination previous class from any Board or University of Kashmir
- Marks Certificate issued by the J&K Board/ C.B.S.E/ or any other Board or University other than J&K Board.
For B.A./B.Sc./B.Com/B.B.A_2nd year - Marks Certificate issued by the Controller of Examination, the University of Kashmir.
For B.A./B.Sc./B.Com/B.B.A_3rd year - Marks Certificate issued by the Controller of Examination, the University of Kashmir.
NOTE:
- Application forms complete in all respects shall be received by the office within 14 days only after the date of declaration of the result.
- The laest passport size photographs of the candidate shall be pasted on the admission form at appropriate places.
- Folded forms shall be liable to rejection.
- Students not hailing from the catchment area of the college shall not be eligible to apply.
- A student who has passed 12th class examinaion shall be allowed to changes subjects within 15 days only after the admission to Ist year of B.A./B.Sc./B.Com course and no subject change shall be allowed thereafter.
- A student who has passed 12th class examination with subjects other than commerce shall be eligible to take up Commerce Stream.
- The admissions in different streams shall necessarily be in accodance with the course combination prescribed by the Uiversity of Kashmir.
- The admission in Science Stream shall be granted to those students who have obtained 45% and above marks in Hr. Sec. Part-II examination.
- The admission in all the streams shall strictly be with due regard to the intake capacity of the college.
Further
(a) There shall be no refund of the fee, once a student has been granted admission, and deposited the fee.
(b) There shall be no refund of the fee in case a student is struck-off due to unauthorized absence from the college for a period of more than 10 days.
(c) The admission shall not be transferable.
